    Abstract

    From a perspective that individual personality characteristics determine organizational behavior and outcome, the role of airline employees with a premise of emotional exchange with customers has a significantly important value. As explanatory variables on organizational commitment, personality characteristics and emotional labor of employees were established in this study. As a result, it examined the effects of emotional labor of employees according to their personality characteristics on organizational commitment.
